Default 90 camaro 305tbi idle problems

I have a 1990 camaro rs 305 tbi. If i am sitting at a red light for too long in drive the engine shuts off but cranks right back up. The timing is set to 0 degrees. I have cleaned the iac before seemed to help a little bit but that was about a year ago. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

hard to say the tach does not work, but if I had to guess I would say around 700-800rpm

well if you cleaned the iac before and it corrected the problem, i suggest trying it again and see if it works. has the engine been given a tune up in the last few years?
