Default 89 V6 to 350

Hello all. Am new here and sorry if this has been posted before. I am an auto tech by trade. A freind of mine has an 89 RS and wants to ditch the V6 for a New 350 with warranty (does not want to go LS, tried to sell him mine) I am the one who has to find all parts and do the work. My question is what do i do for EFI thought i would try to do TPI like the Iroc had but can not find anything new. also what other parts am i going to need. Hoping some one has a complete list of parts or write up on this. Thanks for all your help

Talk him into the LS! If he insists on an old style small block maybe find a 3rd gen V-8 donor car for parts, lots of dead or beat up 3rds around cheap and quite a few had V-8s. Are you going stick shift or Auto? Why not just go carbed?

It will be auto. They want a new engine so that they have a warranty. Also want EFI cause its for his daughter and that is what she wants. Found a nice crate engine from jeggs ready to run minus wire harness, exhaust manifolds, and accessories.

Well I'd suggest ditching the whole car if it's a runner and finding a V-8 TPI car with a bad engine and or trans, a lot less headaches rebuilding a factory V-8/auto car than doing a swap job. If it has to be that car again I'd look for a parts donor car, something like these.
They aren't hard to come buy and you got all the swap parts at once.
