land lord was on my back about having parts all over the place and insisted I put the car back together. I did not want to put the car back together before it was painted so I used some cheap tractor paint to get me by for now.
Below is a shot of the paint. For those who have never painted
- everything is already measured (no need for a measuring cup)
- it's cheap (just over $54 for paint, hardener, reducer)
- it can be rolled or brushed on and still looks nice)
- IT'S DUMMY PROOF
Per instructions: Mix 1 hardener + reducer per gallon of paint. Then mix and shoot. The container of reducer already has the PERFECT amount measured out (same for the hardener). When everything is mixed, you get the perfect consistency for spray.
I (like the OP) USED 2x HARDENERS. Be warned that this stuff may crack when fully dry, if panel painting... you should get the parts back on the car before the paint is fully cured

I cannot afford to buy the 18 circuit painless harness, so I got the cheap $200 EZ 21 circuit harness. Didn't even mount the new lights, just kinda put them in place and wired up the H4's, signal and marker lights. I also did the tail lights and IGN wiring. I have never done this before, but I was able to get everything together in about 9 hours. IT was a snap to do, I would use the EZ harness over the painless any day!!
