Default 89 RS LS1 Swap
hey everyone,
I'm new to this site (this is my 1st thread)

I have been working on a 89 camaro convertible (RS) shell. Just wanted to post some of the progress and maybe get some feedback and pointers here and there...

Here is the car when I 1st got it.

The guy I got the car from totaled it, so the headlight retainer is broken. I had to get another from a local pick-n-pull

pulled the engine and tranny as 1 pc. Have to disconnect the drives haft, TQ arm, trans x member, shifter, engine mount bolts (basically start from the rear and work your way to the front). Start jacking the engine up and remove anything still connected during this process.

Had to shake the tranny loose

cleaned up the engine bay a bit
