I have an 87 chev camero IROC-Z28 V8 305 TPI. My car will run for x-amount of time, sometimes 10 min, sometimes 2 days (it's been around the ten min range latley though), it really depends on weather its sitting idoling (she lasts for a good while), or if she is being driven (she lasts for about 2 blocks). When she dies (either idoling or driveing) the electric fan stays on and briefly shorts out ( .1 of a sec) when (what sounds and feels like) my A.I.R. system and fuel injectors click. They also click in an exact sequence with my flash codes from my check engine light. It flashes ...1.2...1.click...1.2...1.click... ect. After some time goes by the fan and clicking will stop and the engine will fire right up and sound perfectly fine, untill x-amount of time later and the same sequence happens again. While the fan and clicking are not happening i have been able to read some flash codes. 15 22 33 36 54. IF I CAN GET ANY ASSISTANCE FROM ANY ONE I SWEAR I WILL NAME MY FIRST CHILD AFTER THEM. PLEASE HELP!

 

You need a new ECU. That many codes, its done. Get one from Autozone for around $85
