Your on the right track all you need is the shell from a 77, The front clip for the 77, the front suspension and sub frame from the 77, to make it look right you should get most of the interior form the 77. Course all the glass would be from the 77 since the 87 has molded bummpers you would need the 77 bumpers. Rear supension will aslo need to be from the 77.

Pull the motor on the 87 push the body in a ditch and put the motor in the 77. Dude the 3rd gen Camaro was a complete redesign. With the exception of the seats and motor nothing is going to fit. Park you 87 next to a 2nd gen look at the windshield. Third gen is a hatch back!! Everything about the suspension is differnet. You might as well do a Lamborghini body kit. Besides you can find 77 bodies for next to nothing why would you clone one?

87 bumblebee, do you have a conceptual rendering of your idea?
I remember seeing one like that around here somewhere... no that was a pick up with a 3rd gen front end...
why dont you just get a second gen? what would be the point in this?

alright well i get what yer sayin, i'm just broke workin with wat i got, there are subtle differences that would make this not a 2nd gen, but thats kinda what i wasnted,
kinda just add the front end, so it's a different lookin car strange and unusual noone would have seen it,

but yeah if the front end will fit, thats all i'm worried about
then again this is one of those projects, thats on the fence anyways, idk if i will or wot do it
if it's even possible,
but i do want a 350 fuel injected, and a new back end, i was suggested by a reliable source, that a ford 9" rear end is a good way to go, it can handle the power and it wont break

but yeah lol
