Default 305 tbi to 350 tpi

alright i'm doing a swap in my friends 89 formula firebird with a 305tbi to a iroc 350 tpi. from what i understand all i really need to do is change the fuel pump and maybe a little tuning and figuring **** out here and there, the computers gonna be gone with most of the harness and i can bolt it up to the tranny thats in it. i've spent hours looking of forums about this swap and i'm pretty sure theres not much else to it. and yes i have done a swap before just not this particualy one so i'm not an idiot. any other info would help

what do you mean the computer is gone? the 305 computer i hope? because the 350 TPI will still need a computer, unless you have found some way to get around it... in which case you should write it down with detailed diagrams and sell that. lol

the tpi is an older carbed motor so there isnt any emissions systems, no obd2 port, no fuel injectors to run so i dont see why you would need it. the only things you shouldneed and the plugs that run the gauges
