hey i have a 91 z28 camaro and it has a problem, it wont run

so when i bought it, it had 65k miles and was nearly perfect in condition. it sat for 2 years b4 hand. i managed to start it and drive it b4 i bought it. ran fine. so when i got it home, problems started to occur. first off it wouldnt start without starting fluid. then it would run very rough so i began to replace things.

fuel pump
starter
spark plugs
fuel regulator

i checked the fuel flow going in and it was fine as well. now it doesn't even run. can anybody shoot me some ideas to what could be wrong?

 

I take it being a z28 that it has tpi?

Are there any codes stored in the ecm, if so it could be a huge clue to what the problem is,

Before you start throwing money at it do some tests, give it a copmplete tune up (you are already about half way there) then get back to us. also look here.
