Default Whoever is good with their ears

Ok so i took a video with sound of a noise that my car makes. Let me know if anyone can identify the problem.

YouTube - ‪Some kind of noise‬‏

I swear it's not a prank or anything.

In case you don't see it in the more info it's a 1989 Camaro RS with a V6.

Busted/bent pushrod? Loose/broken lifter?
It doesn't sound good.
Poke around with a mechanics stethoscope to see if you can pinpoint the sound.
You can get a mechanics stethoscope at Harbor Freight or Amazon.com for less than $5.
If you don't want to wait then push a piece of metal like a prybar or piece of brake like or something to your ear and poke around with it. If you do that you should push the flap of skin in front of your ear hole over it to plug that ear with the metal, then plug the other ear with your finger while you're poking around.

I have this exact problem and came on here looking for an answer. My mechanic says it's just something going through the catalytic converter and it will stop on it's own, but I'm not so sure. It only does it while idling. Did you happen to find the problem?

With the lousy sound system on my laptop, that noise could be just about anything. Follow Sherrif's advice and try to locate where the sound is coming from.
