on a serious note when you think about it tryin to make a v6 push out serious horsepower is kinda dumb(no offense to anyone doing it) because everything you do to a v6 to push more horses, you can do to a v8 and get twice the power and torque i have a v6 and i love it it is a fun car and it has a quick car but slow at the same time i was go to sup up a v6 because ive never really heard of anyone doing that but someone talked some sense into me and got me to relize that it just aint worth it mine is really good on gas and looks good but theres no other sound like a sick *** 350 or 400 with some flowmasters, borla. talk about turning heads and blowing doors off stupid hondas, mitsubishi , subaru, etc oh yeah and stupid ford mustangs

 

carefull dude remeber there is no v6 bashing in these forums,and not every body wants to haul *** in ther camaro maybe they want to get better gas milage.just dont be a hatter and who cares ifthese throw money into a v6

Those stupid hondas', subarus' and mitsubihsi's are all V8's???? There was never a turbo 4 cylinder mustang??? Believe it or not but there is a substitute for cubic inches, Its called Technology. Look at what John Lingenfelter (r.i.p.) did with 4 bangers.

i didnt mean to talk crap about suping up v6s i just meant you get more power if you invest in a v8 and i dont know what you r talking about with v8 hondas and 4 cyclinder turbo mustangs i never said anything about that

 

Follow along with your own post. You made mention of imports that generly have 4 cylinders and occasional V6s andin so many wordsneeding a V8 to blow their doors off.

Thats right. They are fast and do not use V8's to be that way. I know a guy with a street driven Karman Ghia that will do low 12's to high 11's in the 1/4 with a boxer 4 cylinder. That will beat V8's. Lingenfelter was getting over 1000HP from a 4 banger.
