im in afghan right now and dont really have time to look up which one would be best for my 1991 rs. i know there are a couple options and i want one that i could put on an lsx later down the road. help please!

 

To be truthful its not going to be worth it on a 2.8 or 3.1. By the time you do it and all the upgrades needed to support it you could have probably purchased a LT1 car or put a good bit toward a LS1.

I know that the rear engine guys do sometimes turbo the 2.8 but i think the best power i have seen out of one was just over 250 and it blew a short time latter. For a good running turbo set up your looking at probably 2-3K if you do the work yourself. You have to think about the fuel system and exhaust also if you plan on doing a SC.

Not saying it cant be done i just have not seen it too much and dont think it would be worth it. But thats just my 2 cents.
