alright.... well.......... i have a 89 camaro rs 2.8L v6. now when i give it FULL petal every single gear it goes thru shifts at 35000 rpms ON THE DOT!!! i have no idea but i lacks in allot of power now and its horribale and imbarrising to pull up next to a dam probe and have it take me 20 min to get to 35 mph. :'(. i could really use ur guys help. and is there any camaro guys around in the parma/cleveland ohio area?? i feel like the only one around here. anyways if somebody can help me out it would amazing.

would anybody vouch to say kickdown cable?? where is it located??

well thats what i have noticed

 

There is a TV (throttle valve) cable. It hooks right to the linkage that the throttle cable does. It has a small plastic snap that hooks onto a pin on the lever. The plastic may be broke or the cable out of adjustment. If its on there, at WOT that cable should be tight.
