Default Hopefully my last question

I am still having troubles with my 90 3.1L RS

I now have good fuel pressure (o rings where shot)
But now it will bark once when you first try to start it but it will not run
just crank and crank

If you try to start it once when turn the key all the way back and try to start it again and do it once more the security light comes on and stays on but will disappear if I leave it alone for a bit and when I get back to it it will bark once again and then just crank.

I do not have a key with a pellet in it but to make a long story short it was given to me and there where no keys to it and a busted switch but had a new (used)one in the back seat so I put it in so I had a key( no pellet) instead of a screw driver) After getting it home I was able to get it to run but I would have to constantly feather the throttle. was told it had a bad injector so I changed them and know just the bark as described above.

any Ideas
Vats not firing the injector?

oh it has fuel in the tank, plugs and all are good and hooked up right.

thanks again all
and sorry to be such a bother new to fuel injection ok anything newer then the mid 80s

Keith

Is the fuel tank priming intermittently?
If so, you are screwed and you need to change the fuel pump.
But before getting scared, see if the mass air flow is clogged or damaged anywhere. Could just be clogged somewhere in the air system, bad filters? Bad mass airflow? O2 Sensor? Check with an auto parts store with borrowing a scanner and you should find the problem
