Default help

Whenever i get into 3rd and higher gears and i floor it, it kinda bogs down and doesnt accelerate and if i dont get on the gas that much it accelerates good.i've changed plugs, wires, rotor button, distributer cap, and feul filter and ran some injector cleaner through it and someone replaced the cat with a glass pack (yes, pretty stupid, dont ask me why they did cuz i got no clue) before i bought the car so im not sure if that could be why its doing that or if that could be part of the problem.and it sat for a few years before i got it but i havent been driving it alot since i got it cuz no tag.only down the road and back a couple times

This could be a few different things depending on what engine you have in the car. Let us know the engine and tranny( if you know) and is it Tuned port injection TPI (the spider looking intake on top of the engine) or throttle body TBI (looks like a carb but with 2 injectors where the choke would be on a carb) or a carb engine. All 3 have different causes for the same issue.
