Default 2.8L Quick Power Boost

Okay, I have a '84 Camaro Berlinetta with the 2.8L V6 and an automatic trans. First off I'm not trying to build a race car... yet (I already know if I want extreme power I will need a 8cyl 350 or 383 and so on). But if I just wanted to put a little more get up and go in it how would be a quick way to do it? Do they make any supercharger/turbo (preferably Supercharger) kits for this motor? Or any other bolt-ons for this motor that will boost my power for a better throttle response and quicker acceleration? I'm sick of my girlfriends '07 Saturn being faster.

You can check out http://60degreev6.com to get some ideas on what is needed to make power with these engines but you'll probably spend more than a v8 swap. These engines don't breathe very well. I've had mine for several years now and I came to realize that I'm just satisfied with it being a good little reliable engine. Sorry but true.

one thing that can give a car a little more get-up to it is changing the rear-end gears, but i wouldn't recommend doing that on your own unless you know what your doing, and of course better intake/exhaust systems, underdrive pulleys are usually cheap but idk if they make them for that engine. Oh also if you change the rear gears you also have to change the speedo gear or your speedometer will be off

i have the same thing on my 84 parts car. it 2.8 V6 and auto. i was wondering how hard would to put a 4.3 V-6 inplace of the 2.8.
would you have to change tranny because is the bellhouse bolt up dif? can you use the same motor mounts? what diff from the 4.3 and the 2.8. i couldn't fine anything on it . so i ask because it might be a better swap for a daily driver than going to a V8.
