Does anyone know where i can get an aftermarket exhaust system for my 2.8??

 

you have a 1991 correct?? if so then that is a 3.1 V6, not the 2.8. i don't really know of any places where you could get an aftermarket exhaust for them, i scraped my 3.1 for a 350, lol

 

I have searched for one for my brothers 90 and since it is a 3.1 with the EGR on the manifold then I don't think any one will make one. If it was a 2.8 and did not have the EGR on the right exhaust manifold then Monza makes headers for it.

 

yea you are right it is a 3.1

 

For anyone with a 2.8, I just put a Dynomax system from Summit Racing on my '87. Cat, long pipe, Super Turbo muffler, and two tail pipes with all hardware. It sounds GREAT, and will fit on a 3.1 according to the catalog. It follows the existing routing for a clean install. And the price is right.
