Ive been trying to find out what headers will fit my 3.1, ive searched for almost a year now and i cant get anyone to give me a straight awnser. Ive heard that 2.8 and 3.4 headers will both fit but then ive also heard they wont. Im getting to the point im about to give up, im sure this has probably been asked before but please will someone please help me out here.

the 3.1 is the exact same engine as the 2.8 just a little beefed up internally, so yes they will fit your 3.1 with no trouble at all, the 3.4 im not a 100% sure on, head wise they will bolt up but as far as the size of the header itself i dont know if its the same, didnt pay a whole lot of attention to the v6's in camaros other than the 2.8 and 3.1 in the 3rd gens. but if its listed for a 2.8 it'll fit.

 

Look them up in pace setter.

It will be about a month before i can get them unfortunately i just found out i gotta rebuild my engine, its got 120,000 miles and has been taken to my friends track a few too many times. Pluss the 100 nitrous setup i used to have on it probably didnt help much either now that i think about it.
