Default It's finaly under way!!!

after almost 3 years of waiting, my project car is finally going to be under way. setback after setback, i feel as though now i am finally financially stable enough (and my two daily drivers are fixed enough) to begin my project. i wanted to save up cash to buy much of my parts, but that was going to require about $8-10k. i broke down and just applied for and approved for a summit credit card so i can order my blueprint engines 383 stroker. im going to get all the major parts now that i need so i can at least get it running and worry about smaller stuff later. ill have to take it easy though as i will be running my stock rear for some length of time until i can afford a 12 bolt

its going to take quite a bit to run tpi on a 400, and it has very limited air flow with the stock componants. carb is best, but i want to have fuel injection

idk about single handedly. i applied for and got the summit speed card with a self imposed limit of $5000, and have about $4600 on it now. namely the engine and bulk shipping items, then ordered the other stuff with my debit card and used regular shipping

Awesome! Goodluck with it all. I'm still buying stuff for mine and seems the list just keeps growing.
