Okay, so long story short . . .Several years ago, I took my '91 RS to a local mechanic who didn't know what he was doing and Jerry-rigged the Hell out of my wiring. My fan wasn't coming on, so they rigged a toggle switch into the interior. In the process, they clipped and re-connected several wires. Now, my usual mechanic has fixed the issues with the fan and the temp sensors, but my right window and power hatch no longer work.

Under the hood, there is a purple wire from the main bundle of wires that goes into the firewall that was cut, and the side that carries power is spliced into a yellow wire going into the firewall, and into a bundle of wires next to the fuse box. I'm hesitant to mess with it, because I don't know what else could be effected. I will take a pic of it and post it later tonight. Any thoughts?
