Hey all I’m wondering if anyone has done away with the whole rear hatch pull down assembly. I’ve searched the forums a little bit but haven’t found anything. I bough this third gen missing the motor, reversing switch and the little peice (not sure what it’s called) that connects the motor to the latching assembly itself. That particular peice I can’t seem to find anywhere and honestly would kinda like to just do away with the whole pull down. Is there any kind of way to restyle and just use some sort of Mechanicle action to save me from buying the whole unit off eBay? I’m trying to restore on a budget. Thanks for all the help
