Default Missing column parts?

Does any one have some detailed pics of a steering column tear down or replacement? I bought a 89 and come to find out it need some good ole TLC. I think I am missing a few parts, my turn signal switch does nothing left or right and I have no high beam control either. Also I think it's a tilt wheel but the tilt lever is missing also.

Thanks for any help in advance.

You might visit here, Jim does columns.

You can contact him at his site.
You also might get a Haynes manual and use it for reference.
Reads like the rod may be disconnected or the combo switch handle broken.
