I have a 91 RS and want to get some Z28 rims on it. Will any third gen Z28 wheels fit right on my car? And if they do how much do you think theyll cost me at a junk yard or just from an independant seller?

I had to relace one of those on my car and a wrecker charged me $125 and that was after I talked him down.
If you look on e-bay you can find Iroc wheels Corvette and so on polished bare whatever with tires new for cheap.

 

They ought to fit, I'm pretty certain that they stuck with the 5x4.75 bolt pattern for the entire generation. The only thing to look out for is that you get either rotatable rims, or make sure you've got two fronts and two backs if you buy them used, since the hub designs are different, and the rears will scrape on a tie rod if they are mounted on the front. (Don't ask how I know this, it's kinda embarrassing and happened a long time ago, before I knew any better.)

 

Ebay -Bare rims, w/o rubber, after the auction is over, will probably be in the 120-180 range. Shipping is gonna KILL you.

Junk yard. Find a good place and rims are 20 bucks a pop. ( I never seem to find that place, they always tell me "We JUST sold a set for 100 bucks...)

 

i found out my dad knows a guy that runs a junkyard and has a lot of thirdgens so i should get a pretty good deal
