I noticed the headlight covers almost immediately, but I believe they did the same with the LT1 models. I also noticed a slightly different ground effects kit, lack of a rear spoiler, and the "GT-Z" badges.

Did they differ mechanically from the American counterparts?

they were marketed with the 5 litre engine, and added rear fog lights, different tail lights and large side folding mirrors.

I don't notice the tail lights being any different from the ones here in the United States. There are two different tail light designs that was available here, depending on what year/model you got. There was one that was like the "two-row," and then there were the "three-row." The first photos posted were the "two-row." In the second photo on the white/gold car, they were the "three-row."

I didn't even notice the rear lights in the bumper. Good catch. But how could rear fog lights be red?

I'll be damned. I can't believe I didn't catch that! [sm=boosign.gif]

I've never really paid much attention to Mercedes. I'll have to look the next time I see one.
