Weld my diff?

i guess it was the gears to the axles i dont know how it works. it was fine on a straight and when i turned it jumped and shook the whole car violently. the guy who owned it before me took it on the 1/8th. then parked it because he thought the opti went out and i got the car and it was just a burnt coil wire. lol. but i snapped the axles on a pot hole. it shredded the gears. pretty bad deal.
