V6 to 350 conversion

Default V6 to 350 conversion

Hi all im new around here looking for some advise on converting my 86 camaro Berlinetta I just got to a 350 I know I'm obviously going to have to swap the tranny its an auto which is fine but I dont know what tranny I should throw in there and what gears and stuff and what else am I looking into replacing

first off the 350 is heavier so new front struts to handle the weight are a must, and as far as tranny goes it depends on what you want ( manual or auto ) and what you have and how much work you want to put in it. an auto to a manual will require the tranny, cross member, drive shaft, cluth hyd., peddels, etc.

thereare other threads in here you can search for to get alot more info, even how to threads.
