Default Turn Signal Trouble

I have a 90 Camaro RS with a 305. I'm having trouble with my turn signals. At first the turn signals would just freeze for a while and then they would start blinking. But now they don't blink at all. All of my lights are turning on, they just won't blink. I changed the flashing unit and fuses and still nothing. I'm kind of thinking that there is something wrong with switch on the steering column. I hope not though. Or is there a separate flashing unit for the blinkers and the hazards? Also, my windshield wipers won't work on the highest speed. The wipers just seize up when I put them on the highest speed. They just keep going back and forth near the cowl.

There are two relays. One is on the fuse panel and the other is on the convinence center. The fuse panel is easy to see. The convinenece center is behind the dash about where your right knee is when sitting. Turn the head lights on or the key in the ignition and listen for the buzzer. It and the horn relay are located in the same spot.

The wiper switch or more likely the module in the motor may be bad. The module is replacable but may be expensive.

I already changed the fuse and the flashing unit. Do you think it's the switch on the steering column? If the hazards still work then the flashing unit is still good right? I honestly think that all of my problems are coming from the switch on the column. I have headlight problems, I have to yank down on the steering wheel to get the high beams to work because there's this plastic cover that keeps moving with the switch. I also have the wiper problem and then the turn signals. It seems kind of convenient that everything that is on the switch is messing up. Oh, I yanked out the buzzer a few days ago lol. It gets to annoying for me. I did the same thing on my truck.
