Default Tire question!!

What does everyone recommend for the rim widths? I am thinking 15x8 in the back, and 15x7 in the front. Whats the best tire size to use? I want something as wide as I can get it in the back. One more thing, whats the bolt circle I want, and the rear spacing?

For a third-gen, why not go IROC size and get 16-inch rims? As far as tire size I use 245/50ZR16, although you could easily go wider if you really wanted to.

Don't quote me on it but I think as high as 315 width will fit before you have to tub it out.

u can do about a 8 inch but u will need the right off set.
i got 7 1/2 on my rs but the rims are made for a front wheel drive car but they still workbut they are pretty close in the back
and depends if u want it sticking out past ur fender?

If you want to get rid of the little 15" you can go with as much as 9" wide 17" with 255/45 and a 4 1/2 to 4/34 backspace

I was looking at 15" due to price, and the largest I would want to go is 16" (I like more sidwall than rim.)

I would suggest 16" then. Pickins' are getting slim in finding 15" tires that you may like. I found this out years ago when I got my 84 Z28. Larger is more populare so the choices are much better.

i run a 17x9 in the back wiht 4.5 in backspace, and a 275/40/zr17 and theres room to go even wider.
