has anyone had their taillights stuck on--i have some wiring diagrams but i am cconfused.. can i get some help--my bro says--could be ground any help would be great

Brake lights or drive lights? If its the brake lights, its the switch at the brake pedal...the back out from time to time and need to be adjusted.
