Default Taillights

So i just bought a 92 z28 with a 350, 5 speed, and i found out the taillights dont work at all, the amber signals work fine, and when the headlights are on they light up, but not with the brake pedal... fuses look fine to me, any ideas? thanks

tail lights work with headlights on, but not with brake pedal? check the little button thats on the brake pedal to make sure it works and is on there properly

so for future reference, i was workin on the tail lights and was in the "reverse driver position"...(with the legs fully extended over the headrest, and my head down by the pedals)... anyways, isaw that there was a broken plastic apparatus that was the source of the problem. I bought the part fromKragen's...similar to shucks, or checkers, for $14 and they now light up. damn im good.

Like Microkid said. Check the little button. Or as you call it the plastic apparatus.
Dont break your arm patting yourself on the back.
