Default Smokey!

Ok well when I first start up my camaro (from cold) It tends to smoke a little till it gets warm. Now I know I've heard it was something but I forgot... Also If the car isnt warm when I go for a spin it bogs out like I turned it off if I gas it (even if I dont hit 2K RPM) and LASTLY It seems to be spitting some black junk out the exhaust sometimes, What is it and is it a problem to worry about?
Thanks for any help/info given in advanced!

The oil at first start in the morning is the valve giude seal. Common., nothing to really worry about. No a little more specifics (year, carb, FI, TBI,4,6,8 cylinders, etc) might help to answer the rest of your question.

What kind of "black junk" is the exhaust spitting out. Are you getting chunks of coal flying out? Or black smoke? Also, is your tailpipe black and sooty inside? You could be running too rich, which would answer your second question. Is your SES light on? As M.M. said....more info.

305 V8 TBI, 5 Speed Manual
Its not smoke more like...fluid? idk its just specks on the ground like a spray and yes its is very sooty inside the pipe and you can actually see that around the edge of the tip. No lights on at all but It does smell kinda like spent fuel really badly when cold and running.

i think the black sooty stuff is just the carbon mixed in the water in your exhuast and when you start it,it shoots out of the exhuast and sticks to the ground,my 73 does that

Is it very cold where you are at? You will get condensation comming out of the exhaust until it heats up and drys out. The soot build up will also come out in the moisture. Also if its cold the Air Intake Temp sensor is going to tell the computer and it will give more fuel. Does it clear when it warms up?

Alo when was the last time it had plugs, wires, fuel filter, etc changed? Air filter clean?

Ok I'll look at the oxy and air intake sensors
Its cool where I live but not cold, tho its getting colder as winter comes.
Yes it clears up when it warms up tho still faintly fuel smelling , I did everything at once and double checked everything, Fuel filter plugs and wires.
Thanks for all the help so far! And uh How do I test those sensors?
