hey everyone

im having problems with the hatch it was an electric but previous owner told me it never worked for him so he used key to open it untill recently when it whoudent.is it possible to use a flat head screwdriver to open it from inside.and if that doesent work any otherideas.i would apreciate the help thanks.

 

Yes, repair the electric pull down. Major parts required...nylon slides, gear nut and motor. However: you will not known until you take it apart.Topdpwnsolutions hasa good download for repair instructions and sell all the parts. It dose not take a mechanical genius to make this repair.

 

You can't get to it with a screwdriver like when your locked in a trunk. Push down on the hatch to take the tension off while turning the key.
