My friend who recently bought a 93 Mustang GT was talking up his car yesterday and said he could haul my 89 RS V8 5.0L Camaro. Now I know that the Stang has the same size engine, but I've been hearing that it gives out more horses and has faster acceleration. Is this true and he also said he would race for pinks if I wanted. I'm not into the pinks, but I just wanna know if it is worth trying to beat him or not? Both of our cars are 5 speed manual

 

Dont be stupid. Find a track and compare time slips. And if its a friend then one of you two would end up hating the other for taking the persons car.

 

Yeah, I wouldn't chance it. That's a helluva friendship though. Then again, if you have the money for another car, go for it.

 

you would lose your car man dont be stupid. unless your car is modified you have a chance. nustang in that year were really fast and the only camaro that was taking them out was the 350 tpi z28. so if you can beat a 1992z28 you could take out the mustang.

 

You both watch to much TV. And if you belive that show, well what can I say except...DUMB.
