Quick question about this 92 for sale
I found a guy that has a 92 camaro rs for sale for about $2000. but the thing about the car is that it has 250,000 miles on it. It's a 305 v-8 with a 5 speed manual. He said he just put in a new clutch and a few other things. He also said it was still in good running condition and that he's the second owner of the car. So should i buy it or not? I checked the bluebook value for my zip code and even at 300,000 miles, it came out to a retail of $3,160.Someone plz let me know because i'm going to see the car this weekend of Jan. 29,2005. Also if i do get the car, i'm going to want to fix it up pretty quick so if someone could give me some ideas of what i should put into the motor or if i should get it rebuilt or not, i would relly like to hear what you have to say.
Thanks

RE: Quick question about this 92 for sale
Hi,
I would say you need to look at it first and post back before anything else.
Have someone who knows what to look for and or is up on 3rd gen camaros.
Check hard for collison damage, remember Unibody.
Collision-Rust-Interior-Body-(paint is secondary as you said you were looking
to fix it up.)
Sleep on it, and decide what you meant by fixing it up fast, and what your ultimate goal
for the car is and above all Money to achieve your goal.
