It may be a 20th anniversary, big whooping deal! (that also marks the date for 75 years of Chevrolet)The motor is toast so it willl not be all original.
but mike, the badge gives you like 50 horse. DUH! lol

I got my 86 with the blown motor in it and exhaust for 600. Black with gold accents and t tops. So personaly i think you can search out for a better deal.

These days you can find really nice 3rd Gens for a good price. And ones that need work for an unbeatable price.

Picked up my 86 irocz 305 700r4 for 1200 Canadian. engine runs strong ,trans shifts good but leak a bit at the torque converter..but i dont give a **** when she blows shell be fixed. no rust. all she needs is tires, paint job and a windshield. did all the brakes and fluid changes for the hell of it as well as park brake cables so.. pfft wayy too much money they want

Oxymoron: How can, "it run good if it overheats"??? Thats means it will not run for long.

I bought my 91 rs for $700very liltel rust and well the rest is along story for a laterpost.
