Default price on a 3rd gen

I might be taking a look at buying a 3rd gen, it is supposed to be a Berlinetta with a 4 cylinder base model (no t tops) what kind of price range will these go for in good condition?

^ Heh heh, what a cheap azz. I'd say $350, if it has a full tank of gas.

whatever current scrap value is, which is $9.75 per hundred pounds. given that car is roughly 3400 lbs, that would be $331.50. and not a dime more

haha, alright guys lets point out the biggest positive, its a hardtop,

your price is going to depend on condition to tell you the honest truth,

yes its a berli, yes its a 4 cyl, and yes its a thirdgen, but just because it's not a Z28 dont mean its not worth saving

your not going to want to go anywhere near the 1k mark, but i would stick to less than $500, if you can get it for around $300 thats a bonus

the hardtop is a bonus only because its a little more sturdy than a T-top car,so your gonna have just a bit more structural integrity if you want a drag car(it would also make a nice sleeper if you can keep the exhaust note down)

if you see it and its rotted out, needing paint, or needing any kind of real work, its pretty much worth nothing and unless he just hands you the keys, i would walk away

anything less than a Z28(Iroc or not) is considerd junk to alot of people

I would just keep looking and try to find a good deal on a Z28 if I were you.
