on my 92 Camaro, the power passenger window is acting a little strange. It will go down till about half way and then stop. You then have to wait for around a minute, press the button again and it will go all the way down. On the way up, it stops at halfway. You wait a minute and it goes up a couple more inches, wait another minute and it will go all the way. Any clues as to what this would be? I was told the window motor was ok but maybe a problem in the switch?

 

i have the same problem on my 93, yeah just replace the switch and it should be ok, if the motor was bad you wouldnt be able to move it at all

 

How hard is the switch to replace? Anyone have step by step instructions?
