For a guy with Popap Johns money I'll bet he did not think twice about writing that check. I would pay a pretty penny to get my first car back and I am far from rich. Funny how the things from your teen years are more important to you the older you get.

Reason for selling his Camaro was the $2800 to save the start up Pizza business. If he did not sell it he would NOT be in the position he is now and that is BIG MONEY......

yea, enough that 275,000 is worth paying for an otherwise normal Camaro.

Otherwise normal to you... To him, it's something special and I could understand that. Your first car AND you sold it to start a multimillion dollar pizza chain?

But its not like a Yenko, or a COPO. Everybody but him sees it as a normal Camaro. I wonder why the guy sold it to him for that amount of money. Just because he knew he could? I still have my first car as well. But its been in the family since 68.. lol

Well... When your worth $ 750 Million, probably $ 250,000 + the $ 25,000
finders fee was a drop in the bucket for him! He seems like an alright guy
& trys to help people -as well. (from what I've seen on the internet.)

He probably has some Yenkos already! ?? Judging by aerial views of his
house, he must have one hellava underground garage!

Hey...what about the publicity Papa John's is getting right now? Who
is talking about Pizza Hut ??? Hmmmm??

I still have my first car, (White 1965 Impala SS) so I can understand
the sentimental aspect of it...

I still find it funny... Most camaro owners feel like setting their car on fire half the time. This guy pays 20 times the cars value to get it back. Maybe it'll **** him off one day and he'll stick it in a pizza oven
