thermostat. a lot of people think that removing it cures the hot at low speed issues. does it get up to temp? does it have coolant? air bubbles? heater hoses hooked up? vacuum diverter valves hooked up?

It never heats up, hoses are hooked up i would assume? there is places where there is no hoses but i dunno if thats for air condition hoses or not? on the left of the firewall?

No air bubbles and yes it has coolant.
