Default New Z28 advise / help

Very first post over here for me. I'm supposed to be picking up a 1984 Z28 tomorrow. Ive talked to the guy I'm gettin it from and am having some trouble putting the peices together. Here is the build...

84 z28 with 355 an 350th tranny. Holley 650 DP mech secondaries. has 350 .30 over 125000th dome piston 565 flat tappet cam victor Jr intake 194/64cc double hump heads an complete crane roller rockers 3.73 geared posi rear 2500-2800 stall converter torque arm relocation kit sub frame connectors umi tubular control arms and lowering springs bnm shifter headman headers.

Car is pretty sharp for bein 30y/o and the motor sounds and runs pretty damn good. Here is the kicker. He ran consistent 14.2 at the track last week crossing the finish at 108mph. 2.72 60' is the best he was able to pull off with slicks! (29"). Ive built a couple of 302 fords but, dont know the chevy tricks like all yall. He doesnt have a cam card so I dont know the duration of the cam. Not too choppy when it idles but you can tell its cammed. Are the heads just choking this thing out in the low end? I'm stumped. Im gonna drive it tomorrow and get a feel for myself but, trying to get a little educated before then. I would say he doesnt know how to drive but...hes consistent...

Appreciate it. Hopefully its something simple and I can convert to the 3rd gen family. Thanks.

I guess the first question to ask is what exactly did you expect it to run? Unless it was a fairly well built motor...I would say that's actually not too bad considering.
