hi everyone i need extreme help i have a 89 rs 5 sp it has a 305 with a mild cam and lifters that i bought it with and i have added a flomaster exhaust since then and i have a lot of friends that think my car is fast dotn get me wrong i dont think it is slow but i just want it to be even quicker anyone got any ideas i am only 17 with a part time job so its gotta be within reason but any suggestions are greatly appreciated thanks in advance

 

With your present mods, you could go to bigger rear end gears (around 3.75:1 - 4.11:1), and get a good performance boost. They won't be really expensive, but just make sure they are installed correctly. Mileage will suffer a little, but what the hey, you are driving a hot rod.
