all right everyone here is a update on my project. 1 waiting on parts like usuaul. 2 get tranny back tomorrow. got old motor out and trimmed up wiring harness old exhaust gone. new motor is going in next week.

 

got my transmission back today. all of the old exhaust is off. subframe connectors are showing up on monday torque convertor on tuesday. here are some pictures. 1. rockers 2. new intake 3. trimmed harness 4. old tbi. These picture's have been modifed to fit the limited space for upload's. and the heads are 3991492's. i'll modify more picture's and post them here.

 

most of the part's showed up just waiting on the subframe connectors. motor and tranny are going in tommorrow before i go to work. hope to have it running after work on thursday. new gauges wired up just need to run the wiring to sending unit's.

 

motor and tranny are in. header's are on accesories in place. need to put the starter on carb and distrubitor cap plug's and wire's and subframe connectors

 

it's running just need to do the little details now. and get exhaust on it

here are some pictures i'll edit more and post them. let me know what you think. the picture of the car is right after it was painted 4 year's ago it's getting repainted next spring.

 

getting exhaust tomorrow morning. drove it tonight a little need to tune it badly. some more modifed pic's

 

all done now time to take it to the race track and see what it will run in the 1/4. i'll post my best time here later.

 

my best time with the stock 2.73 gear's and stock tire's is 14.798 with just me and 14.818 with my friend's kids in the car.
