Default My first car! 92 rs

Hey guys, I bought a 1992 camaro RS Heritage edition last week for $850! It's my first car and I love it. It has the 305 V8, and B&m ratchet shifter and a chip are the only mods as far as I know. It has the perfect sound IMO as it has no mufflers at all. We just gave it a quick tune up last Sunday and it runs a lot better than the night we drive it home.

Well here are the pics!

OMG! Very clean! But where are the plastic hood decals? You just got stripes on it.

It's an RS, there are no plastic hood decals those are on the Z28. If I am understanding you correctly anyway.

Thanks! Yeah, it's pretty clean...but I haven't really looked under everything yet to see how it REALLY is.

850!!!! I paid 1300 for my 82, from a JUNKYARD, barely running, and I got a deal. You sir just got the deal of the century. That car would fetch 3 grand up here.

the car is worth more than $850 in parts. I bought my 89 for $500 and mine also had all the parts but I'm restoring it. Engine and tranny are already out but I'm doing the interior right now while I await for sanity to return in the long block or engine market. I'm not dropping in a high miles used engine because it already had that under the hood. I'll find the right deal as Xmas draws near and long blocks or engines drop $300- $500 in price as people need cash.

Clean it up a bit but don't be disappointed as you find issues with it; you did only pay $850.

cheers

Well he was originally selling it for $1500, as the car is worth $1475. HE then dropped it to $1000 which was when I went to look at it. On the way home that day my uncle and I discussed it,and we offered $850 cash.

I plan on finding issues with it...it's part of the! As long as they aren't horrible.
