Default is my ecm bad?

hi im new to this sight. i have a 1984 camaro with the 2.8 v6 auto.
i finaly figured out how to scan codes and i
when i do codes 23,32, and 34 are shown. also when im driving the idle repeatedly lowers and raises what feels like 100 rpms(my model didnt come with a tach) and if i turn to hard the car will start to stall and die. sometimes coming back with being hard to start after this happens.if it helps my engine has 280000+ miles. so is it my ecm thats causing the problem or is it somthing else

23 - Intake temperature sensor error. Check to make sure the sensor is there, clean it, and make sure it's plugged in.
32 - EGR system failure. Check the EGR valve to make sure the vacuum hose is connected. Remove the valve and check for carbon buildup. Clean inside it well while it's off.
34 - MAP sensor circuit error (signal low indicating high vacuum). Check any related (connected), and unrelated vacuum hoses in the engine compartment. You could have a vacuum leak.
Those are the simple, first things to check. Given some of the related connections between 32 & 34, I wouldn't be surprised if you had a vacuum leak.
