trust me im not a ricer. my dads had 7 corvettes...59, 64, 66, 68, 68, 71, and now a 91. he had a 70 nova that ran 11.2 in 73. he had a 69 z28, a 69 roadrunner, a 66 and 67 goat, 4 impala ss's. i take after him and if you think the cars he owned were "ricey" well then your wrong.

 

I believe he means you should stay away from doing the stupid BS that ricers are famous for doing, like weaving in and out of traffic, or street racing without knowing the area and the cop concentration, nothing to do with driving a ricey car.

 

^^exactly. i didnt say ur car was ricey i said if u dont drive it like a ricer swerving, and doing a burnout at every stop light u will be fine with cops.

im gona tell you from personal experience, that chip, its a ripoff... i bought one, did NOTHING. I took it off a few weeks ago and threw it away. but i bought some blackouts for my red 89, looks badass with the tinted windows.

 

nice looking camaro. maybe it doesnt do much for the camaro but my dads chip on his corvette added 40 hp. also do you think it will be too much black if i have blackouts on a black car.

 

eh, yea probably, do you already have the windows tinted? or are you planning on it at all? if so i wouldnt go more than 35% all around, otherwise its just to dark to much black to me...

 

yeah im thinking of tinting the windows and not doing the blackouts. i think the windows will look nice tinted, but not the taillights.
