I am looking to buy a 1985-1989 Camaro IROC in the next year and am looking for a few requirements.
1.) IROC
2.) A manuel transmission
3.) The fastest engine they offered with the manuel trans
Can anyone tell me what they offered and what to look for, what year, engine, and so on????
What can I look to pay for the IROC I am looking for with less than 70K miles????

They made a 350/5 speed in 87. I saw the car with the factory paperwork. Original owner too. Under 10,000 Km Mint Factory order car. Saw it about 5 years ago, Then he wanted $25,000
My 2 cents worth

350 TPI Manual IROCs where primarily built for Canada, and they are very rare. Ive only seen them in magazines, but im sure they can fetch up to 10k

if you put a factory manual trans in your car, make sure it is made by Borg Warner and not GM. The maker is stamped in the casing. The stock trans is rated at 310 flb of torque and the Borg is 385.
