Comparing a new Subaru to an 80's sports car absurdly hilarious. You want a real comparison, how about an '83 Z28 and a '83 Subaru coupe? The L69 in the Z put out 190hp and 240tq, while the Subie with the 1.8L SOHC put out 83hp and 101tq. Hell, the old Iron Duke L4 put out 94hp and 134tq.That's cool if you like Subarus, we don't care. Yep, because my 400hp Z28 is underpowered. Guess the 20mpg I get on the interstate is terrible too.

MY SS 6 SPEED put down 355 rwhp ran a 1/4 mile in 12.88 at 111 ish and got 28 mpg highway and about 20 city,,,, id like to see a subaru match those numbers between efficiency of gas mileage and power, because it wont happen

Are all of you people stupid? First off wow a sports car put out more hp then a Subaru!!! NO WAY! Of course it does... Its a sports car... **** your dumb. Second wow your car puts out 400HP wooo... Its not stock... Are you sure you know how to make a point?

No it makes since... If you are talking about a old subaru then yes a camaro hardly makes more HP. wooo... But if you are talking about the STI then the new camaro can hardly beat it. With over 100HP more. STI 0-60 4.7 sec 300HP 2.5L turbo. Camaro 0-60 4.5 sec 426HP 6.2L. STI made in 2004. camaro 2010 FAIL!
