Default looking for a heavy duty or dual core radiator

well the aluminum replacement rad for my z28 didnt hold up well, and didnt cool very well either. the temp had gotten to 260 a few times, which led to a failure of the transcooler and cracked the core. im going to be building a 350 to about 350-400 hp, and i am keeping my a/c system as well. i already have a dual fan setup to aid in cooling. i would prefer to have a transcooler in the rad, but if i need to install one, i wouldnt mind too much. i noticed be cool had some, but they were about $500. anyone have any suggestions?

also, what style waterpump is used, the long or the short? im looking to get an aluminum high volume pump as well.

all of the plastic peices and air dam are fully intact. i even modified the duct going from the grille to the rad for more direct air flow, and it helped a bit. the 305 that was in there had the cooling system neglected and had a lot of corrosion, which i did my best to clean out using cleaners and such, but i dont think the corrosion in there would have reduced the cooling effeciency that much.
