I'm looking at an 89' Camaro for my sons first car. I was wondering if it was a good buy at 2 grand. I don't know how it runs yet. It has sat in the same spot for about 6 years. The guy drove it in September so I know it has to at least run.

 

iroc? rs? base? does it have ttops? how many miles? what size engine, hows the interior? tires bad? salvage? all answers that would help us decide

 

Your better bet would be to make your son buy it himself; he'll appreciate it more that way.

Otherwise yeah, we need more information about the car to know how much would be a good price for it.
