Um I cant seem to figure it out everything seems to be fine. Nothing stuck. Theres vacuum pressure and no shorts any where... Any ideas? Or am I SOL and have to get a new Cruise controll unit?

Its ok I wasnt really that clear anyways. And no I don't all I have is my trusty Chilton repair book and what I can figure out my looking at it. Um Doesn't the cruise controll have its own ECU like thing? And is it possible that it may have gone bad?

if you send me yor e-mail address i think i can send you some wiring and vac. diagrams... that might help you a bit.....my friend had one that had a problem similiar to it and it turned out to be the dir. handle....

let me know what you find out from the handle. you might need someone else to help you test for power from the handle to the electric plug on the diaphram part

i say fxck the emissions but thats just on principal.
no power gain.
just telling the hippies to stop putting useless thigns on your car at the factory.
all youll gain is some space under the hood.
i think specter(maybe) gutted his and ran a hidden NO2 system through the empty box/tubes.

as for the 305tbi:
if your looking to build it up get over it.
ive got the same engine and ive been debating this for about a year and finally decided to give up on the baby sbc and get a 400.
its just not worth dumping the money in it.

BTW:
i should be getting my student loan on the 1st so be prepared for 100 pics of my new engine soon.
