lol thanks guys. I got 3 rotties accross the road that annoy the hell outa me i think i'll check it there.

But seriously from what you guys have said and what people at work and a few others i know it sounds like it the heater core.

Thing is i am 90% certain its not AF but actually water.

But speaking to a mechanic here he says it prob is the heater core...where i live it like rarely snows or gets cold so most people just put water in rather then coolant....so he says thats prob it. because i am replaceing practically everything but the body he recomended i did a "quick fix" which is to pull out the two hoses going to the heater core and attach them together...so rather then the fluid...whatever it is...running through the heater core and back it will just loop through the hoses...so i wont get heat...but i dont need it....and if i still get a leak then it must be the seal...he thinks it could also be from the windshield wiper area...says something about grooves or holes...leaking water into my dash then out through the passenger side. But i will try the quick fix tomorrow when i have some light, and if that dont work i am gonna call in a mechanic to look over the car.

b4 I started bypassing the heater core I would make sure thats the problem.Sit in the passenger seat ,and have someone soak the car ,see if you find anything. You never know,on a cold morning your gonna miss that heater,no matter how rare they are.

it does sound like a heater core to me, just dont jump to conclusions. But if youve already got the dash out... REPLACE IT! weather is good or not, do it, its cheap and MUCH better to do it now than to do it when youve got your car back together
